This month’s prompt for our creative writing contest is about a post apocalyptic world that is infested with zombies. This story’s word limit is 1,000-2,000 words and somehow must include an animal companion. This story can be from the perspective of the animal companion, a zombie, a family, or so on and so forth. The possibilities are endless! Please check out what BUHS’s Creative Writing Club has to offer.
Voting has now ended and the winners of the Six Word Story are as follows:
1st Place Josie Dillard- Child is lost—but not alone.
2nd Place Haley Yarborough- Fortune cookie reads, “That wasn’t chicken.”
3rd Place Chloe Almeida- Overseas to fight, fight for me.
Congratulations to all our writers who participated!
